Value Proposition
A value proposition is a concise statement of the specific benefit your product delivers, to whom, and why it is different from the alternatives. It answers the visitor’s first question — "what is this and why should I care?" — ideally in a single sentence.
Why it matters for developers
If users cannot understand what you do and why it matters in one sentence, even a great product underperforms. The value proposition is the foundation every headline, ad, and email is built on.
